Information we collect

Information you give us: first and last name, email, phone, contact preference, and your answers to the homebuyer plan (for example estimated credit range, income range, savings, price range, timeline and location). We do not ask for your Social Security number and we do not run your credit.

Consent record: when you submit, we store the date and time, the exact consent wording and version you agreed to, language, IP address, browser user agent and page URL.

Automatically collected: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel collect device, browser, pages viewed and ad-campaign data (UTM parameters, referrer).

How we use it

To prepare and send your preliminary homebuyer plan; to contact you by call, text and email as you consented; to connect you, at your request, with mortgage professionals; to improve this site and measure advertising; and to comply with law.

Sharing

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, spreadsheets/CRM, hosting, analytics), and, with your request or consent, with licensed mortgage lenders or loan officers to review financing options. We do not sell your personal information for money. Use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can decline cookies in the banner.

Text messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Retention and security

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations (including real estate and telemarketing laws), then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
