Not a loan application or approval

The California Homebuyer Plan is a free educational planning tool. Results are preliminary and based only on what you enter. They are not a loan application, pre-qualification, pre-approval, rate quote or commitment to lend. Robert Araya is a real estate licensee, not a mortgage lender. Eligibility for any loan or assistance program is determined only by a licensed lender and the program administrator.

Program information

Program descriptions (including CalHFA MyHome, ZIP, MyAccess, FHA and conventional loans) are summaries for convenience. Programs, income limits, credit minimums, funding and terms change without notice. “As little as $0 down” applies only to qualified buyers; terms apply. Always confirm current details with a CalHFA-approved lender and calhfa.ca.gov.

No obligation

Using the plan or booking a call creates no obligation to buy, to use our services, or to sign any agreement. Any brokerage representation will be in a separate written agreement.
